12 x 12 One Page Mini Album!

Easy to make one sheet mini album! The gussets are built right in, so all you have to do is decorate and enjoy! Super easy and it only takes one piece of 12 x 12 cardstock! Give it a try today!

Largest panels (below) measure  3 3/4 by 5 3/8 inches

First, start off with a 12 x 12 piece of paper (I used white)
Score one side at  4 1/2 and 10 inches
Turn 90 degrees
Score the next side at 3 7/8, 4 1/8, 7 7/8 and 8 1/8
Cut the gussets up to the first score line from the top down and bottom going up, leaving the middle 1/4 gussets in tact.

THEN DECORATE!!
Measurements on decorative pieces are below!

Inside bottom panels (below) measure 3 3/4 by 4 3/8 inches

Small flaps (below left side) measure 3 5/8 x 1 7/8 inches
